- Alwatan bakery next to it (inexpensive pies, very good, try zaatar, cheese or spinach)
- Shisha place next to it
- A grocery store next to it, small ok.
- The Nut House: 7281 W 87th St, Bridgeview, IL 60455 (ground coffee, zaatar, Turkish delights bar, and nuts)
- Nablus Sweets: Arab desserts and the best knafeh in the Midwest! 8320 S Harlem Ave, Bridgeview, IL 60455
- Pete’s Fresh Market: Chain store but has many Arab groceries, fresh halal meat, fresh bread around the store. 8320 S Harlem Ave, Bridgeview, IL 60455.
- Mediterranean Grocery: 612 E Roosevelt Rd, Lombard, IL 60148 (very clean, huge selection, but away from the above strip mall. The best store I’ve been to in the Midwest)
- Muslim American Society: 9210 S Oketo Ave, Bridgeview, IL 60455.
- Kedzie Area (a big neighborhood with many Arabic and other immigrant stores and restaurants: (around 4851 N Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60625). Park somewhere and stroll down the street. Many signs are in Arabic, definitely a cultural experience!)
- Iqra Book Center: The biggest Arabic book store in the Midwest. 2749 W Devon Ave, Chicago, IL 60659.
- World Fresh Market: Fresh Arab groceries, bread and halal meat. 2434 W Devon Ave, Chicago, IL 60659.
- St. George orthodox church.
