Plot Summary
The man was jealous and had a beautiful wife who was having an affair. One day, the parrot told the man everything his wife had done with her lover. When the wife found out that the parrot had told him, she tricked the parrot into thinking that it was raining outside.
When the man again asked the parrot what had happened, the parrot replied that he couldn’t hear anything over the rain. The man realized that it had not been raining at all, so he thought the parrot had also lied about his wife having an affair. He killed the parrot, but later heard from his neighbors that the parrot had actually been telling the truth about his wife.
